We collect the minimum information needed to carry out your booking: your name, email address, phone number, the property address, and the details you give us about the visit.

What we collect

• Booking details you submit through this website.
• Payment confirmation data from Paystack (reference, amount, status); we never see or store your card details.
• Messages you send through the contact form.

How we use it

To schedule and perform the visit, produce and deliver your report, and communicate with you about the booking. Reports are shared with the landlord, agent and tenant named on the booking (the parties to the tenancy), and stored in our archive so they can be retrieved later. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third parties

Payments are processed by Paystack (paystack.com) under their own privacy policy. Email delivery is handled by Resend. Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure with access restricted to InventoryNaija staff.

Retention and your rights

Booking and report records are kept for as long as the tenancy may be disputed, typically several years. You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@inventorynaija.com.
