We exist to end the caution fee argument
Every tenancy in Nigeria ends the same way: a debate about the state of the property, with no evidence either way. We supply the evidence.
InventoryNaija is a property inventory and inspection company backed by TCF, built for the Nigerian rental market. Our clerks visit properties at the start of a tenancy, photograph and document the condition of every room, and issue a dated report that all parties keep.
At the end of the tenancy the exercise repeats, this time comparing directly against the move-in record. Genuine damage is documented; fair wear and tear is recorded as exactly that. The caution fee decision becomes obvious to everyone.
Property management in Nigeria is professionalising fast, and the landlords and agents at the front of that shift all want the same thing: documented condition records before keys change hands. We are building that standard here, for this market, from day one.
